Punch was founded in 1840 and it is one of the oldest brands alive. In 1931 its production was moved to Hoyo de Monterrey’s. Both brands are still produced in the same factory. Its strength is medium and its tobacco comes from the Vuelta Abajo region in Cuba. You will find them at the Montefortuna Online Cigar Boutique.

    Very sweet in form of beeries, 2/3 in and i get the flavour of newly ground coffee and then finishes of with a darker sweet flavour in form of unblended juice

    Cigar quality wise, the cigar does not burn quite evenly but the flavor is there. It is still fresh but I can see the potential of aging it. I will revisit several months later to see how it will develop.
