The Montecristo Linea 1935  Leyenda is the largest of the 3 Montecristo Linea 1935, and offers a long smoking time. It is the bigger from this Line. The Montecristo Maltes and Dumas are the smaller cigars from this line.

Probably the most famous cigar brand. It was founded in 1935 and the name was inspired by the Alexander Dumas’s book “The count of Monte Cristo”. They are characterized for its strength (medium to full). The Montecristo Cigars are filled with tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region, known as the best tobacco in the world.     One of the best cigars I’ve smoked in 2018! Its a Montecristo EXTRA! You get the full range of Montecristo flavours like chocolate, coffee, citrus notes and wood notes. All very in your face! You don’t have to look for the flavours, they come knocking on your door! A very modern blend indeed, for those who don’t have time to age their cigars for a couple of years. But of course, with age the strong flavours would blend and meld and develop into something far more complex which would be very interesting indeed!

    Such a great cigar. Even though a young one it is really potential strong, yet smooth and really enjoyable. My favourite stick from Linea 1935.

    An amazing smoke, it’s similar to an 80th Anniversario and has the usual Monte flavors, but on steroids with hints of nuts, cedar, coffee, slight spices and even a touch of vanilla. Highly recommend.

    Truly enjoyed this cigar. Its my favourite out of the 1935 linea. Great creamy smoke, great construction… paired it with a Serbian wine called SVB Rosa made by vinarija Budimir (it got 91points by the famous wine critic Robert Parker) and it paired lovely. It is one of those cigars that could pair excellent with almost everything although it is a strong cigar, however it still has that montecristo medium feel to it.

    Best smoke I’ve had in 2019! Burn was perfect and the intense flavor out this thing was great! Powerhouse cigar but overall was great! Paired with some Woodford Rye!
