Sampler took longer than expected to arrive due to backup at Spanish post but even after being in transit for a while, the cigars arrived in great condition. Great way to try different cigars before committing to buying a whole box. Would definitely buy more samplers from Montefortuna.

I receive my package yesterday from MONTEFORTUNA I all can say is good quality all my cigars came in the humidor bags, just finish smoke one guantanamera to relax and envite people to buy. It’s trust company and those are authentic Cuban cigars. I live in MCKINNEY, TEXAS.

I ordered this and another product two weeks before Christmas. Received in one week. Excellent shipping performance. Product received was not as advertised. Did not receive the H.Upmann, Sancho Panza, or La Gloria Cubana. Was substituted with a RyJ Petit Corona, a Partagas Serie D No. 6, and Montecristo No.5. Good substitutes, but not what I wanted. Do not take this is as advice to not buy. Everything was great, delivery time excellent, so a great value. Cheers to Montefortuna for great service and selection.

Was looking forward to sampling the cigars in this 5 pack. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of them. All 5 cigars were substituted for other selections. I realize it is stated that alternates may be substituted, but I didn’t think the entire pack would be swapped. On a positive note, I did find some extra cigars with my order and am very pleased overall with the Montefortuna experience.

I ordered different cuban samplers ,they’re not showing anymore,as usual low stocks, never recieved them ,if you are one of the lucky ones to never recieve your order ,kiss your money and cigars goodbye…very bad after sales customer service.
