The cigars are fantastic as usual. I like keeping a medium stock of Cuban cigars and this company does it very well. The COVID situation makes shopping somewhat difficult but Monte Fortuna has been excellent in responding to emails. Customer service is great.

I ordered a 3 pack of these on Monday and they arrived by Thursday thanks to the priority upgrade. However I was disappointed that they did not come in their actual sealed package. Also this was only part of my order and they shipped this part priority but shipped the other half of my order regular mail which is not what I paid for in shipping. Aside from not being in their original packaging though the cigars were beautiful and in excellent condition. My only issue is as a collector I did not receive their package. Please understand though that I do feel these cigars are legit. I just wish in the future when they ship items in this manner they would contact me first so I can decide if I wish to purchase them or not.

I received the box of 25 that are individually packed in single cartons. Took a few extra days because of the pandemic to arrive to the states so I gave them a few weeks to rest. Having a box date of a just over a year, they smoked well and had a nice Cohiba taste. A Cohiba taste that allows for beginners wanting an intro to Cuban Cigars or for the experienced aficionado needing a quality smoke and not too much time. For a vitola that size it gives a 35-45 minute smoke and the final third is really tasty. Earth, cream, hay and a sweet toasted caramel, yes complex and smooth with a Cohiba taste that gives you a delicious retrohale. Only time will perfect an already outstanding Puro. As always customer service was on point and shipped within 2 days.

I ordered a fiver to try Montefortuna. Not only were the seals broken, half of the feet of the cigars were shredded from being shoved back in the individual boxes. Absolutely infuriating considering the cost. Zero response from support. Will NOT be ordering from them again.
