The Partagás Serie P No.2 the now classic blend of this Partagás Series, in a Pirámides and with an excellent shot that allows you to savor its strength in the midst of a magnificent density of smoke.
The Partagás Serie P No.2 have cigar factory format Pirámides, It is a 52 ring gauge x 156mm long and the strength is Strong. It is characterized by a red in color that goes from natural to mature, bright and very oily wrapper, manufactured totally by hand.
The Partagás Serie P No.2 has a very characteristic flavor, intense tobacco and woody, slightly bitter and with a very persistent sweet aftertaste, which brings back vegetal and earth memories, leather, cedar, honey and cinnamon; excellent draw, standing out as one of the most outstanding characteristics of the figurative ones. The aroma is intense tobacco, very woody, which brings to mind vegetable, toasted and leather notes, the ash well compacted, indicating a firm twist, of a metallic light gray color streaked with medium gray.
With a strong strength character, is a perfect cigar for afterwork; it will give you from 45 to 90 minutes of smoke and will be perfectly pairing with three classic drinks: whiskey, rum and Cognac, of course coffee, sometimes for after dinner with port wine.

I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a P2. Everything about this cigar is wonderful. The flavour, the construction, the burn. There are few cigars that smoke as well as a P2 and it’s the consistency that I love more than anything.

This was the best and worst cigar I have ever had -including a half dozen other Cubans. It came in a Montefortuna sampler which I bought about a year ago and just got around to smoking it. The first inch was fantastic, but then it went out and after that I couldn’t keep it lit for more than a couple minutes at a time. The ash was nearly black and never got longer than 3mm. The draw was OK but it just wouldn’t stay lit. It had been in my humidor for a year at 65% RH and 70 def F. Before I got to the half way point I threw it out in disgust. I wish instead that I had cut it open to see what was inside and check for any signs of a fake or short fills. I would love to have a box of these that smoked like the first inch.
