Probably the most famous cigar brand. It was founded in 1935 and the name was inspired by the Alexander Dumas’s book “The count of Monte Cristo”. They are characterized for its strength (medium to full). The Montecristo Cigars are filled with tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region, known as the best tobacco in the world. Speedy delivery and in great condition! Would buy from Montefortuna again. This is my second order and it arrived in about a week. A two box deal. having with morning coffee. Mellow and smooth flavors of earth, leather and cedar finish Very smooth at the start. Draw is a little tight. Some mechanical taste in the first third but blew thru the cigar and went away. Enjoyable with coffee. Planning to let the rest age.
