The Montecristo N.4 is the best-selling Cuban cigars in the world of all Times.

 

The Montecristo Cigar Brand refers to the famous novel by Alexandre Dumas, The Count of Montecristo, one of the most demanded reading by the Cuban cigar rollers at the factories.

 

The Montecristo N.4 have one of the most popular cigar factory format Marevas, it is a 42 ring gauge x 129mm long, with a medium to high strength, it is characterized by a color between red and mature brown, quite fine wrapper, manufactured totally by hand.

 

The Montecristo N.4 has a very characteristic flavor, smooth starts and good tobacco traces, spicy notes and some cocoa, soft earthy tones, with a great balance of flavors and aromas; very good draw, the aroma is intense tobacco, woody, spicy and sweet, the ash medium gray to dark, streaked with light gray.

 

The Montecristo No.4 cigar is a must for all the aficionados Humidors, the composition of the filler and binder is a guide to evaluate the creation of new cigars. As a tip, a minimum period of time of at least three years is recommended to reach its maximum potential.

 

Given its size and strength it is a perfect cigar for after lunch and dinner; it will give you from 30 to 45 minutes of smoke and it will perfectly pair with coffee, whisky or rum and even a fresh beer in summertime.

The coffee brought out the sweetness of the cigar while the whiskey brought out the spices earthiness and leather of the cigar. Excellent smoke.

    Just got a box, and could not wait to smoke one. First off, I think this is a very well made and great all-around cigar. Great draw, burn, and flavor. Lots of wood and leather flavor in this tobacco. I think this cigar desires an accompanying beverage. Excellent!
    Second, I wish I had a peaty tasting scotch to accompany it (A good black French roast would work.) They would have paired wonderfully. I have a Lagavulin 16 that I will open this weekend for such an occasion. Then I will take a snooze in the shade believing I’m near to some kind of Heaven.

    dudes ordered 25 box no,4 was very well packaged arrived on time left in humidor 3/4 months looking forward to a nice cigar , was i disappointed the cigars were wound so tight i could not get a draw , i tried one after the other same could not get a draw,sorry monte but not the best experience on these cigars,will keep the faith with you guys ,but talk about throwing my money away, once bitten ?
